Q: Why my Credit/Debit Card keep being declined?
In any case of declined or failed card payment, you may try paying using your PayPal account.
Step 1: choose PayPal and checkout as a guest.
Step 2: enter your name and bank card details and proceed with the payment.
Q: Why my American Express Card not working?
Please note that our payment provider for credit card (Stripe) does not support payment of American Express Card for Malaysia merchants.
But rest assured, you can still proceed the payment with your American Express Card by using (Step 1) PayPal Checkout as Guest and then (Step 2) complete your payment details with your American Express Card to confirm purchase.
Once payment is received, orders will be processed at the soonest possible time.
Q: I do not have a PayPal account. Can I still check out using PayPal?
Yes. You can check out as a guest.
Payment using Credit/Debit Card is simple and possible even if you do not have a PayPal account. Follow the steps below:
